Sharna Lata spreads charm on her Europe tour too
Entertainment Report :
Sharna Lata Debnath is a popular TV drama actress of this generation.
If we consider her stardom, then Kaiser Ahmed directed ‘Bokulpur:
Season-2′, which ended its run last year on Deepto TV, deserves special mention because she won the hearts of the audience by acting brilliantly in the role of ‘Nigar’ in this serial. Sharna Lata won the hearts of not only domestic audiences, but also Bangladeshis living abroad.
For the past few years, Sharna Lata has been travelling outside the country whenever she gets the chance. Because of that, she was getting a good response from audiences outside the country, especially for her role as Nigar.
However, Sharna Lata’s dream was to travel to Europe. Now that dream has truly come true. She went on a tour of Europe last June at the invitation of expatriate Bangladeshis living in various European countries. She has already fulfilled her responsibilities properly in four out of five European countries at events organised by expatriate Bangladeshis.
In the meantime, she participated in the Boishakhi festival on June 22 in Paris, June 29 in Belgium, July 5 in Switzerland, and July 6 in Italy. Sharna Lata recently announced that she will be attending a festival organised by Bangladeshi expatriates in Spain on July 13.
The organisers of the Europe tour are quite pleased with Sharna Lata because she is an actress by profession. But on this tour, it was her responsibility to present at every event, although Sharna Lata also presents at times, along with acting.
A few days ago, she received a lot of praise for presenting at a day-long event organised in Dhaka’s Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel.
This time, Sharna Lata also presented at the event organised by ‘Sompurna Bangladesh’ and received a lot of praise. It’s not that she has very little experience in presenting.
Regarding her Europe tour and performances at events held in different countries, Sharna Lata told this correspondent, “My dream was to travel around Europe one day.
That dream came true for me. Now I feel like I’m in a dream. Every country in Europe is so beautiful, so clean that it fills my heart every moment. The more I travel around, the more I am impressed. Sometimes I feel very sad, because it was so nice to have my mother with me.
I miss my father very much. If Subrata had been there, things would have been much easier for me. I could carry out my duties without worry. Even then, everyone here has been very cooperative. I have tried to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to me 100 per cent.
Even after coming here, I am blessed as an actress with the love I have received from my expatriate brothers and sisters. There is really no reciprocation for this love. I just realised that I need to work on better dramas.”
