Shanta Jahan, the popular and influential presenter of this generation, has had the opportunity to travel to many countries around the world.

A special cultural programme is being organised by expatriate Bangladeshis in Qatar on the day of next Eid.
Shanta got the opportunity to present this colourful show on the day of Eid. This is the first time Shanta is going to perform a show in Qatar.
While talking in this regard, Shanta Jahan told this correspondent, “I have been too many countries due to my professional work presenting.
All of them were basically various events organised by the initiative of our expatriate brothers and sisters. At their sincere invitation, I have had the opportunity to present my work in many countries around the world.
This can be called a kind of luck, because few people have the opportunity to represent their country abroad for professional reasons. I’ve had that opportunity many times.
But this is the first time I’m going to present at a show in Qatar. This is a very happy thing for me. Several musicians will perform in this show.
However, since the show is on Eid, so this year I can’t do the TV live shows like in previous years because I will spend three days in Qatar in total.
I won’t have the opportunity to do the live events after returning home. So, I will have the opportunity to spend the time after Eid with my family, Inshallah.”
Meanwhile, this Ramadan is the time for Shanta to host two programmes on two TV channels. One is Asian TV’s ‘Asian Kitchen’ and Channel 9’s ‘Digital Kitchen.’
Shanta said that if she wanted, she could have hosted Ramadan programmes on two more TV channels – Banglavision and Gazi TV. But due to problems with the schedule, it was no longer possible.
