Popular actor of the small screen and OTT platforms, Shamol Mawla is teaming up for the first time with another popular television and OTT actress Sabila Nur.
Their much-anticipated collaboration comes in the form of a gripping new TV drama titled ‘Makorsha’.
Written by Rebeka Sultana Keya and directed by Ragib Raihan Pial, ‘Makorsha’ is set to air on Deepto TV as part of its special Eid programming.
Speaking about her role, Sabila Nur told this correspondent, “The story is packed with suspense and thrills, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats until the end.”
Director Ragib Raihan Pial is equally enthusiastic about the project.
While talking in this regard, he said, “This is the first time these two actors are working together, and they have delivered phenomenal performances. I have high hopes for Makorsha-not only because the story is refreshingly unique, but also because their acting will leave the
audience spellbound.”
Beyond ‘Makorsha’, Shamol Mawla and Sabila Nur each have multiple dramas lined up for release this Eid, ensuring
an exciting season for their fans. Shamol Mawla’s new OVC ‘Golden Plus TV’
has already been launched online. It is produced
by Mustafa Tariq Hadi.
He has also acted in the movie ‘Agontuk’ directed by Suman Dhar, which is
being shown on i-Screen.
Also, the actor’s new drama series ‘Sabuj Gram Shohorer Pathor’ is being aired regularly on Boishakhi TV. It is
directed by Ruman Runi.
Meanwhile, Sabila Nur’s
first book, titled ‘Bhalobasa Atohpor’, was published at this year’s Amar Ekushey Book Fair.
