Just a few days ago, the cricketing future of Bangladesh’s star all-rounder, Shakib Al Hasan, seemed uncertain. While his batting had already been affected by vision issues, a bowling ban further complicated his return.
However, on March 20, good news arrived from Birmingham, England-Shakib successfully cleared his bowling action test after training under Gareth Batty.
With this clearance, Shakib is now eligible to bowl in the IPL, County Cricket, and international matches. However, his return to the Bangladesh national team remains uncertain due to the current political situation in the country.
Despite the challenges, Shakib is not staying away from the field. According to Indian media outlet ‘Sangbad Pratidin’, he has already reached out to three IPL franchises-Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Rajasthan Royals, and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
