Shakib highest wicket-taker as left-arm spinner

Ace left-arm spinner Shakib Al Hasan became the highest wicket-taker as the left-arm spinner of three formats (Test, ODI, T20I) on Sunday.
Shakib Al Hasan played the first Test against Pakistan at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi of Pakistan from August 21 to August 25. He took part in the Test as he was an accused person of murder case. The Court has served a legal notice against him as he was an wanted person due to his case to try to kill a garments worker Rubel at the students’ and peoples’ revolution on August 5.
In this situation, Shakib started his Pakistan campaign with 703 wickets. He picked up Agha Salman’s wicket in his first innings bowling.
Shakib bagged the wicket of Saud Shakil first on Thursday. Then, he picked up Abdullah Shafique’s wicket and later, he took the wicket of Naseem Shah. After taking the wickets of Naseem Shah he captured his 707 wickets in his career. Earlier, Daniel Vettori the left-arm spinner of New Zealand had 705 wickets in three formats. Vettori captured 362 Test wickets, 305 ODI wickets and 38 T20I wickets. On the other hand, Shakib Al Hasan claimed 241 Test wickets, 317 ODI wickets and 49 T20I wickets.
It is noteworthy that pacer James Anderson of England captured altogether 991 wickets. He grabbed 704 Test wickets, 269 ODI wickets and 18 ODI wickets.
Left-arm pacer Wasim Akram of Pakistan bagged 916 wickets. He captured 414 Test wickets and 502 ODI wickets.
Wizard spinner Muttiah Muralitharan of Sri Lanka is now the highest wicket-taker of the world. He altogether captured 1347 wickets in his career. He claimed 800 Test wickets, bagged 534 ODI wickets and 13 T20I wickets.
