A seminar and screening programme organized by EPIC Healthcare was held at at Chatteswari campus of Asian University for Women to raise awareness about breast cancer among students from different countries. Dr. Fahmida Alam, an oncologist at Epic Healthcare said, “Every year in Bangladesh, many women die of this disease because of the lack of awareness that is effective in preventing the disease.”Mohiuddin Ahsanul Kabir, teacher of public health department said, this event will be successful only if we spread the awareness of our responsibility”.The teacher of the department was present.
