The Brahmanbaria district administration imposed Section 144 in and around Fulbaria Convention Centre from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday as the district unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and the district unit of Bangladesh Chattra League, ruling Awami League’s student wing, announced to hold programmes at the same time.
Apprehending trouble, the local administration on Friday evening imposed the emergency section, that outlaws assembly.
