SBAC Bank PLC’s Chairman Engr. Md Moklesur Rahman presided over the bank’s 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at RAOWA Convention Center in the capital on Tuesday through hybrid system.
The Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 2024, directors election along other 7 general agenda in the meeting, says a press release. Bank’s Independent Director and Board Audit Committee Chairman Professor Md. Maksudur Rahman Sarker FCMA, Director Mushfiqur Rahman, Independent Director Professor Mohammad Moqbul Hossain Bhuiyan, SBAC Bank Shariah Supervisory Committee Chairman Maulana Md. AbdurRazzak and other senior officials of the bank were present at the meeting.
