Satkhira BCL leader held over sexually harassing girl

UNB, Satkhira :
The police on Saturday arrested a Bangladesh Chhatra League leader on charges of sexually harassing a girl in Kaliganj upazila of Satkhira.
The arrested was Sohel Gazi, 20, son of Imadul Islam and general secretary of Varashimla union unit of BCL.
Officer-in-charge of Kaliganj police station Delowar said locals held Sohel from the victim’s house while he was sexually harassing the victim in the early morning and informed the police.
The victim’s father filed a case under Women and Children Repression Prevention Act with Kaliganj Police Station.
