Four years ago today, a song titled ‘Anari Karigor’ was released on Rangon Music’s YouTube channel, sung by Salma, a popular singer of this generation.
That song was the first song written by Md Jamal Hossain for ‘Rangon Music’ sung by Salma.
The song’s music was composed by Muhin Khan. Salma then sang a few more songs written by Jamal Hossain. However, the song ‘Anari Karigor’ is more beloved by singer Salma.
Once again, a new song written by Jamal Hossain has been released on Rangon Music’s YouTube channel in the voice of Salma.
The title of this song is ‘Dil Diwana’. The lyrics of the song are as follows – “Tomar Sathe Aari Dite Lage Boro Bhalo, Obhimane Mukhta Tomar Hoyre Jodi Kalo, Bhalobeshe Sei Mukhete Dhalbo Jotsna, Bondhu Dil Diwana, Ei Bukete Jhor Tolona.”
The song’s melody and music were composed by Akash Mahmud. Saikat Reza made a music video for the colourful arrangement of the song.
Salma is in the music video for the song. This time, Salma’s voice in the video has been dubbed by Pronome Nafi.
Regarding talking about her new song, Salma told this correspondent, “‘Anari Karigor’ written by respected Jamal Bhai is one of my favourite songs. It was a really touching song. The song he gifted me this time is a perfect song for my stage show. I really like the lyrics, melody, and music of the song. The song’s beautiful music video was made by Saikat Reza Bhai. He did the work with great care. The beautiful music video now plays a big role in the spread of the song. I hope the audience will like the lyrics, melody, and music video of the song ‘Dil Diwana’.”
Meanwhile, Salma said that she will sing in a stage show in Tongi on May 1, Labour Day, and on May 16 at Adventure Lounge in Narayanganj.
Salma is also working on several new original songs. The singer said that these songs will be released before, during and after the upcoming Eid.
