The 9th extraordinary general meeting and 38th Annual General Meeting 2023 of State-owned Rupali Bank PLC was held at its head office on Sunday.
Bank’s chairman Md. Nazrul Huda presides over the meeting.
Additional secretary of Financial Institutions Division of Finance Ministry
Shah Alam attended the meeting as a representative of the government while the bank’s managing director Mohammad Jahangir delivered a welcome speech.
Directors, deputy managing directors and significant number of shareholders of the bank attend the meeting.
