Md Ruhul Amin Khan has taken charge as the chairman of the Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC), a body under the Ministry of Agriculture.
He began his career in 1993 as a member of the 11th batch of the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) cadre.
Prior, he served as the Managing Director of the National Foundation for Development of the Disabled Persons.
