Environment, Forest and Climate Change Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan described the country under Sheikh Hasina’s leadership as a ‘prison’ where citizens were unable to speak freely or think independently.
The adviser made the remarks during a programme titled ‘Reminiscence of July Prisoners’ held at the Abdul Karim Sahitya Bisharad Auditorium of Bangla Academy, reports BSS.
The event was organised by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
