US senator Bernie Sanders has raised a crucial question saying — though both Democrats and Republicans claim Israel has the right to defend itself, no one ever asks what the rights of Palestinian people are. His ‘opinion’ has been published in an international newspaper recently following Israel’s air strikes on Palestinians responding to Hamas’s rocket attacks from Gaza.
Not only Mr Sanders but many of the senators in Democratic camp are also raising the same question now. On the same issue, the split between US President Joe Biden and his Democratic party’s colleagues has reportedly widened.
We never argued that Israel won’t have the right to self-defense or to protect its people. But why the US government and its European allies take notice of the conflict between the two Middle East countries only when rockets are hitting Israeli cities? Why did not they put emphasis on ending the crisis permanently freeing Palestine from occupation .Palestinians are fighting their own independence. Unless the US government recognises the truth and support Israel to destroy Palestine they must not be too sure of world influence.
The reason for fomenting the killing operation is for Mr Netanyahu to continue in power. Otherwise he will be surely in jail for a large number cases of abuse of power.
Hamas is not a threat for Israel. Hamas and Mr Netanyahu are partners. It is Mr Netanyahu who needs Hamas for conflicts with Palestinians to remain in power at the cost of life of thousands of Palestinian Muslims only to appear to his people how strong a leader he is for defending Israel.
At present he needs a coalition to form government by showing how powerful he is as a war time leader. He has been bluffing the whole world to bring in disaster. Make no mistake he is a rising Hitler with nuclear weapons. He is war addicted like Hitler and must be recognised as such urgently. The US money, weapons and open support have made little Mr Netanyahu highly ambitious.
We cannot be sure but many suspect Hamas is also financed by Mr Netanyahu. The talks of rocket attacks are a joke. To destroy Israel you do not need five hundred rockets unless they are cheap toys. We do not think Hamas is organised as a fighting force. They brag too much.
It is not enough to wish support for the woes of Palestinian. They use their power to save the Palestinians from holocaust type occupation by Israel.
The US scheme is to keep Middle East Muslims under threat of Israel. Nothing will stop Israel without a war in Middle East. Supporting Israeli occupation and talking of ceasefires after massacre of Palestinians is meaningless hypocrisy unless Israel is punished for war crimes in its occupied Palestine.
The Muslim countries must mobilise military operations against Israel in a life for life revenge. Mr Netanyahu must be made to pay with his life. If America chooses Israel against Muslims in a larger confrontation so be it.
