Popular film actors Amin Khan and Riaz acted in five movies together. These movies were: Montazur Rahman Akbar’s ‘Kothin Bastob’, Sohanur Rahman Sohan’s ‘Lobhe Paap Paape Mrittyu’, Mostafizur Rahman Babu’s ‘Jiboner Cheye Dami’, FI Manik’s ‘Hridoyer Bondhon’ and ‘Lal Doriya’.
The audience was impressed by Riaz and Amin Khan’s impeccable performances in these movies.
After that, both of them were not seen to act together in any movie. After a long time, both of them will be seen together again.
Mahmudul Hasan, Hailed from Mymensingh’s Muktagacha, received Tk 10 lakh in Walton’s ‘Non-stop Millionaire Offer’.
Popular film actor Riaz played the role of a captain under the overall supervision of Walton’s Senior Executive Director Amin Khan, also a film actor, to hand over this money in Mahmudul Hasan’s hands.
The whole issue of handing over Tk 10 lakh will soon be broadcast in the form of advertisement. Shahed Shahrukh has made the issue of money transfer in the form of advertisement.
Money was handed over to Mahmudul Hasan in the presence of thousands of people in a school field in Muktagacha, Mymensingh.
Regarding Riaz’s involvement in such an event, Amin Khan told this correspondent, “We have always tried this kind of campaign to hand over the money to whoever receives the money through an informal ceremony. In this sequence, the entire work was completed with Riaz in this event. Since we had earlier planned that we will reach Muktagacha by helicopter and to hand over the money to Mahmudul Hasan. That’s why we developed a story.”
Actor Riaz said, “I thank Walton at the outset and my special thanks to my long-time colleague and actor Aamir Khan Bhai. I was in the Air Force at one time. But in my long acting career, no one has ever worn this uniform. But when Amin Khan Bhai said, ‘You have to wear the pilot’s uniform’; I was very excited because on the left side of the chest of a pilot’s uniform where the heart is, we need a wing. Wings being the pilot’s right.
So, only a pilot can tell what the feeling of having wings can be. There is a different kind of love in wearing this uniform. There is also a sense
of gratitude in it. I felt like I had gone back to my old self. This
feeling is not expressed in words.”
