Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has approved 23 percent dividend for shareholders for the year 2022-2023 at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday. Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Directors, Md. Abdus Salam, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Kishor Kumar Debnath, Chief Financial Officer and Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.
