Rezaul Karim new MD of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park

Additional Secretary Mohammad Rezaul Karim joined as the new Managing Director (MD) of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority on Monday.
Earlier on February 26, the Ministry of Public Administration issued a notice regarding his new appointment to the current post.
Previously, he had successfully served as the Project Director of the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center project.
Following his joining, the officials of the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority on Monday welcomed their new MD with flowers and bouquet.
On the occasion, Director (Finance and Administration) of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, Md Tabibur Rahman (Deputy Secretary), Director (Technical) Syed Zahurul Islam (Joint Secretary), and all the employees of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority and the directors and deputy directors of all dependent projects were present.
Expressing gratitude to everyone, Mohammad Rezaul Karim assured that he would work more actively in the coming days.
At the greetings and view-exchange meeting with the staff, he also expressed sincere gratitude to the Prime Minister for appointing him as the Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority.
He also expressed his reverence for the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman as well as the martyrs of the Language Movement, the Liberation War, and the martyrs of August 15, 1975.
Mohammad Rezaul Karim was a cadre of the 13th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) and joined as an Assistant Commissioner (Income Tax) in 1994. Before promoting to the position of Additional Secretary in 2022, he was promoted to Deputy Secretary in 2013 and Joint Secretary in 2019.
