Renata PLC held their 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) through a digital platform on Thursday. Dr Sarwar Ali, Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting. In 2023-24, both Renata’s net sales and net profit grew by 2.2 percent and 54.6 percent, respectively. The end-of-year earnings per share (EPS) stood at 30.55 taka. Renata declared a 92 percent cash dividend for the year 2023-24. This dividend was approved at the 51st Annual General Meeting.
Renata’s CEO and Managing Director Kaiser Kabir, as well as Directors Zahida FizzaKabir, Sajeda Farisa Kabir, Mridul Chowdhury, Tanya Tazeen Karim, Nehal Ahmed, and Ejaj Ahmad, company secretary Md. Jubayer Alam, statutory auditors, scrutinizer, senior executives and shareholders were present at the programme.
