Mango Kulfi
Ingredients:
1 Ripe mango
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1/4 can Milk powder
Sugar as per taste
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Few strands of saffron
1/4 cup Pistachios (chopped coarsely)
Method:
Peel the mango and chop it into small pieces. Discard the seed.
Combine the mango pieces, sugar, condensed milk and milk powder in a pan and bring it to a boil.
Now add the cardamom powder, cook for 10 more minutes till the mixture thickens.
Now add saffron and pistachios.
Lower the flame and allow cooling completely.
Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight till firm.
Mango Kulfi is ready to serve.
Fruit Pizza
Ingredients:
1 (18 oz) Sugar cookie dough (package refrigerated)
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese (softened)
1/3 Cup sugar
½ tsp Vanilla extract
4 cups fresh fruits (sliced)
¼ cup Orange marmalade
1 tbsp Orange juice
Method:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the dough into 1/8-inch slices; line a (14-inch) pizza pan with slices and press to shape into a crust. Bake for 12 minutes until it turns light brown. Allow it to cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and spread over the cookie crust. Arrange fruits over cream cheese mixture. Mix orange marmalade with orange juice and drizzle over fruits. Chill for 1 hour. Serve cool.
Jeerawala aam panna
Ingredients:
1 unripe mango (boiled)
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 ½ tsp sugar
2 glasses of water
½ tsp salt (salt to taste)
Procedure:
Take the boiled pulp of the mango. Add chilli powder and jeera, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Now add the pulp to two glasses of water. Stir well. Serve chilled.
