Housing and Public Works Minister Engineer Mosharaf Hossain was accorded a reception by Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) Officers and Workers’ Association on Thursday .
Housing and Public Works Minister Engineer Mossaraf Hossain said, I assured to Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) to continue my support for implementation of the development projects.
The Minister was present as Chief Guest at the reception ceremony accorded to him .Minister also assured his cooperation to release fund of Tk. 2.5 billion out of Taka 4.0 billion sanctioned by the Prime Minister for land acquisition for Chittagong Outer Ring Road. He also advised CDA to develop apartments for middle and low- income people . He urged the CDA inspectors to keep a close watch on structures that was approved by CDA.
The meeting was presided by the Chairman of CDA Abdus Salam . Chamber President Mahbubul Alam , Housing and Public Works Secretary Golam Rabbani, Managing Director of Chittagong Wasa Engineer Mohd. Fazlulah, Board Members of Chittagong Development Authority Mahtabuddin Chowdhury, Mahfuzur Rahman , Younus Gani Chowdhury , CDA Secretary Tahera Begum,Chief Engineer of CDA spoke among others.
