Recently transferred with promotion, Ramgarh Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mamata Afrin of Khagrachhari has been felicitated by the Ramgarh Press Club. She was formally felicitated on Tuesday. At the time, she said, “I am grateful to the people of Ramgarh for the sincere cooperation I have received from all the professionals here, including the media.
I seek everyone’s prayers so that I can continue to work for the country and the people in this way in the future.” At the ceremony, she was presented with a felicitating crest by the Ramgarh Press Club. At this time, Ramgarh Press Club President Md. Nizam Uddin Lavlu, Vice President Md. Bahar Uddin, Shubhashish Das, General Secretary Md. Nizam Uddin and other members of the Press Club, Ratan Kumar Boishnab, Amdad Khan, Mosharraf Hossain, Masud Rana, Saiful Islam, Tuhin Nizam, Jahirul Islam, Shahed Hossain Rana were present.

Relatedly, after joining Ramgarh, Mamata Afrin became known as a humanitarian administrator to the people of Ramgarh for her honesty, dedication and humanity. Most recently, the Ministry of Public Administration issued a transfer order by appointing Mamata Afrin as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Bandarban.
