RAMGARH, KHAGRACHARI: Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mamata Afrin, on behalf of the Chattogram Divisional Commissioner, provides a financial grant of Tk 10,000 to a meritorious student of Ramgarh, Fahim Muntasir, for admission to Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology. The financial assistance was provided at the Upazila Executive Officer’s office recently.
