BNP's 47th founding anniv: Rally held in Feni

Feni Correspondent :

Bangladesh Nationalist Party held a rally and discussion meeting at the initiative of Feni’s Chagalnaiya upazila and municipality BNP on the occasion of the 47th founding anniversary.

Rafiqul Alam Majnu, convener of Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP and organising coordinator of Feni- 1 constituency, spoke as the chief guest.
He said that a party is conspiring to sabotage the election.

If there is a fair election, they will not get even ten seats. Feni 1 constituency is Begum Khaleda Zia’s constituency. The people of this constituency will vote in favor of the sheaf of rice. BNP is a big and popular party.

Strict decisions will be taken against those who shelter fascists. Many party-loving big leaders have been expelled. Fascists want to enter the party and create division within the party, want to cause a breakdown. We must be careful against them. He also said that we could have taken revenge for what the Awami League did to BNP if we wanted.

But we want to serve the people and win their hearts. He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion meeting organized by the Upazila and Municipal BNP on the occasion of the 47th founding anniversary at the local College Road on Thursday.

The programme, chaired by Upazila BNP convener Alhaj Nur Ahmed Majumder and moderated by Senior Joint Convener Kafil Uddin Sarkar, was attended by BNP’s Central Sahagram Government Affairs Secretary Belal Ahmed, Central Executive Committee member Jalal Uddin Majumder, Abu Taleb, District BNP convener Farid Bahar, Joint Convener Professor MA Khalek, Eyakub Nabi, Municipal BNP convener Alhaj Yusup Majumder, etc.
