The Day 1 play of the second and final Test between Bangladesh National Cricket team and Pakistan National Cricket team was called off due to persistent rain and a wet outfield at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi of Pakistan on Friday.

Even the toss was not possible as the players had to confine into the dressing room.

Weather report suggested that the second day’s game today is also highly likely to be affected by rain. Bangladesh are leading the series 1-0 following their landmark 10-wicket victory in the first Test on August 25 at the same venue. The Tigers are now seeking their first ever Test series victory over Pakistan.
