The list of the students obtaining primary scholarship this year will be published on Sunday.
Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman will release the list at a press briefing at his office at 12:30pm on the day, said ministry sources.
The sources also said this year some 55,000 students will be given scholarship based on the result of the Primary Terminal Examination examinations.
The scholarship is being conferred on the students on the basis of the terminal exam result since 2009.
Earlier, students had to appear at a separate examination to achieve scholarship.
