Primary and Mass Education Adviser Professor Dr Bidhan Ranjan Roy Poddar laid emphasis on primary education initiatives to transform children’s futures for improving primary education quality.
New buildings of eight government primary schools were inaugurated under the project to establish government primary schools and develop infrastructure in Dhaka Metropolitan City and Purbachal. The inauguration ceremony was held at Taj Mahal Government Primary School, Mohammadpur on Monday.
The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) is implementing this project as the construction agency under the initiative of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education by the Directorate of Primary Education, reports a press release.
Speaking as a chief guest at the event, Adviser Dr. Bidhan said, “Today, the happiest are the young students of the school. I hope that the children will study well and achieve good results. The construction of beautiful buildings has created a learning environment.
