After the clash at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and Chhatra Dal are holding counter-protests at Dhaka University (DU).
Till the filing of this report, the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement’s protest was ongoing at the Raju Sculpture area of the university. Meanwhile, the Dhaka University Chhatra Dal was protesting at the Das Cafeteria area, a bit farther from the sculpture.
Earlier on Tuesday, violent clashes erupted over the ban on student politics at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), resulting in dozens of injuries. Following the altercation, the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement organised a protest march to condemn the alleged attack on KUET students by Chhatra Dal members.
