Teachers and students of Gausul Azam Abul Ulaiya Sunni Dakhil Madrasa held a protest march in Bariuri village area of Moulibazar, Sylhet demanding “Save Gaza, free Palestine” and protesting the genocide.
Before the march, the madrasa’s principal, Maulana Shahidullah, read a written statement on behalf of the madrasa’s chairman, Syed Shah Mohammad Ausaf Elahi.
In his written statement, the chairman of the institution appealed to the world Muslim Ummah that now is the time to fulfill their religious duties and to unite and protest the oppression and genocide in Gaza.
