The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Premier Leasing and Finance Limited was held at FARS Hotel and Resorts, in the capital on Thursday. In the meeting, the Shareholders of the Company approved Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended as on 31-December-2023.
The meeting was presided over by Abu Sadek Md. Sohel, Chairman of the Company. Director and Vich-chairman of the Company Engr. M. Rabiul Huq, Director and former Chairman of the Company Engr. A.Z.M. Akramul Haq were present in the meeting.
Among others, Sponsor and former Chairman of the Company A.S.M. Feroz Alam, Sponsor and Former Director of the Company Md. Nasiruddin Choudhury, Juned Ahmed and Maksud Morshed and Sponsor Nikhil Kumar Saha were also present in the meeting.
Managing Director of the Company Md. Fazlur Rahman, Senior Partner of Zoha Zaman Kabir Rashid & Co, Auditors of the Company Md. Iqbal Hossain FCA, Partner of Independent Scrutinizer Suriya Parveen & Associates Suraiya Parveen, Executive Vice President and Company Secretary Subash Chandra Moulick FCS, and Vice President and CFO Syed Monir Hossain were present in the meeting besides good number of Shareholders. Company Secretary Subash Chandra Moulik FCS conduct the meeting.
