In the past few years, special days including Eid have seen dramas starring singer Porshi. But this Eid, no drama starring her was aired.
However, if not before Eid, then after Eid, Porshi released her new song titled ‘Ei Duti Chokhe’ as a gift.
Written by Sudip Kumar Dip, the tune and music has been arranged by Zooel Morshed. GM Ashraf sang the rap part of the song. Besides, this song used the Bengali song ‘Ajke Na Hoy Bhalobasho, Ar Kono Din Noy’ as the chorus. Last Wednesday, the song was released on the YouTube of Porshi.
Last year, musician Sabrina Porshi brought a new song titled ‘Ore Mon’. In the song, Arifin Rumey sang with Porshi. In the music video of the song, these two were also seen as models.
At that time, Porshi said that she will bring new songs to her YouTube channel every two months later. Although she did not come after two months, this time she released a new single song on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
In the video of the song ‘Ei Duti Chokhe’, Porshi was seen in the role of a bank robber. Imran Hossain Sawdagor was with her. Imran played the role of police officer, who joined Porshi’s team in disguise to bring her under the law.
Once they fell in love with each other. Finally, after the bank robbery, Porshi and her gang were arrested, but they ran away, avoiding everyone’s eyes. Sohel Raj gave direction of the music video.
While talking about her newly released song, Porshi told this correspondent, “Audiences always want to listen to me in the romantic genre. But personally I always try to do something different. After a long time this kind of song was made. In addition to listening, music is now something to watch. So, a story has been presented in the video of the song.
