Following Saturday’s massive political violence, the police on Sunday morning cordoned off the BNP’s Nayapaltan central office with a crime scene yellow tape.
Amid the party’s hartal, the collapsible gate of the BNP central office was also found locked and no opposition leaders or workers were seen coming to the office area till 1pm on Sunday.
According to police, they have marked the areas in front of the BNP office’s main gate with crime scene tape that reads “Do not cross” to collect evidence from there for investigation.
