Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam categorically said that the police forces are at tough stand to stop extortion and anarchy in the country.
The IGP made the comment while talking to media after visiting the Dhaka Zila Police Lines, Range Reserve Force (RRF) and Traffic and Driving School at Mill Barrack in the old part of the city, reports BSS. Replying to a question, he said that action would be taken against the extortionists and anarchists after preparing a list by the Detective Branch (DB) of police in this regard.
