Police have arrested 26 individuals involved in various criminal activities during a special operation in crime-prone areas under Pallabi Police Station in the capital.
The operation was conducted on Saturday by a team from Pallabi Police Station of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).
Deputy Police Commissioner (Media and Public Relations Division) Muhammad Talebur Rahman confirmed the arrests, reports BSS.
The DMP official added that the group includes regular case accused, individuals wanted on warrants, and other criminals involved in diverse offenses.
The arrestees have been presented before the court for legal proceedings.
