Ramiz Raja, chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), said on Tuesday that he would make a proposal to the International Cricket Council (ICC) to hold an annual Four Nations T20I series between India and Pakistan.
Raja has stated that he would like to see India, Pakistan, Australia, and England play each other in a T20I series every year. If the series goes forward, the earnings will be shared with all ICC members on a percentage basis, according to the PCB chief.
“Hello, fans, we’ll propose to the ICC a Four Nations T20I Super Series involving Pakistan, India, Australia and England to be played every year, to be hosted on a rotation basis by these four. A separate revenue model with profits to be shared on a percentage basis with all ICC members, think we have a winner,” Raja tweeted.
Last year, India and Pakistan were pitted against each other in the Men’s T20 World Cup. Pakistan finally broke the World Cup curse by defeating Virat Kohli and his team.
