Parag becomes champion in Central Florida Class Rating Chess
FIDE Master Mehedi Hasan Parag, the champion of the Central Florida Class Rating Chess Championship with the trophy at Orlando in Florida of USA recently.
FIDE Master Mehdi Hasan Parag of Leonine Chess Club became unbeaten champion in the Central Florida Class Rating Chess Championship, which was held from 17th January to 19th January at Orlando in Florida of USA. Parag earned 4 points out of 5 games. He won 3 games and drew 2 games. John Gabrier became runner-up with same points.
A total 30 players out of 6 countries participated in the event and the event was held in 5 round Swiss League basis.
Parag got seven hundred US dollars as prize-money and a trophy.
