A panel discussion was held in Rangpur on the occasion of International Clean Air Day for Blue Sky.
Yesterday, a panel discussion was held in Rangpur under the theme of ‘Fair Energy Commitment, Clean Air is Everyone’s Right’ at the Robertsonganj School and College auditorium.
Organized by the non-governmental development organization DOPS, with District Education Officer Enayet Hossain as the chief guest.
At the event, a documentary on environment-nature, fair energy and clean air was presented by AlifaTanjim, a senior teacher of Robertsonganj School and College, and the panel discussion was moderated by teacher RowshanJamil.
The speakers were Robertsonganj School and College Principal ZakirHossain, DOPS Executive Director Ujjal Kumar Chakrabati and Adarsha High School teacher Abdullah Al Harun.
More than 150 students from Robertsonganj School and College and AdarshHigh School participated in the event, which was organized with the support of Just Energy Transition Network Bangladesh and funded by Action Aid.
