Volleyball: Panchagarh, Habiganj zonal competitions begin

The two zonal competitions of the Walton Smart TV Inter-District Volleyball Tournament began Monday at Panchagarh and Habiganj stadiums.
In Panchagarh, Rangpur DSA beat Gaibandha DSA by 25-12, 25-19, 25-19 points while hosts Panchagarh DSA defeated Thakurgoan DSA 11-25, 25-10, 27-25, 25-12.
In Habiganj, hosts Habiganj earned a straight 25-15, 25-15, 25-15 victory over Moulvibazar DSA.
A total of four teams are competing in Habiganj zone while seven teams are taking part in Panchagarh zone.
