Palestinian Ambassador to Bangladesh, Mr. Yousef S. Y. Ramadan today met BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia at her Gulshan residence in the capital.
BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the meeting, saying it lasted around an hour. “During the discussion, the Palestinian Ambassador inquired about Begum Khaleda Zia’s health and conveyed his wishes for her speedy recovery,” he added.
Begum Khaleda Zia inquired about the situation of the Palestinian people and expressed her hope to continue standing in solidarity with them.
