For the first time, popular vocalist of this generation, Fatima Tuz Zahra Oyshee will perform at two concerts in the UK.
Oyshee will sing at the ‘Folk Concert’ organised by the expatriate Bangladeshis living in the UK.

Regarding talking about her two shows in the UK, Oyshee told this correspondent, “I have a lot of fans of my songs in the UK. I was supposed to go and sing there a while ago. But it didn’t happen. This is my first time going. The whole team is going with me. Since the show is about folk songs, I will sing some of my own songs along with folk songs.
Since there are many Sylheti brothers and sisters there, I will sing some songs at their request. I will participate in the Eid celebrations when I return home. I hope I can win everyone’s hearts.”
After returning home for Eid, Oyshee will perform at a programme organised by the Madhupur Shaheed Smriti Alumni Association in Madhupur, Tangail on June 9.
Oyshee recently performed at a concert titled ‘Your Passport to the World’ in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
While talking in this regard, Oyshee told this correspondent, “The event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was a big achievement in my life. Artistes from different countries performed at the event. As a Bangladeshi musician, it is a great achievement for me to be invited there and to be able to entertain the audience with my songs.”
Oyshee first went to Qatar to sing outside the country. Then she went to Australia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and India to sing.
