Garments Sramik Adhikar Andolon
An emergency meeting organised by Garments Sramik Adhikar Andolon was held in the auditorium of Bangladesh Shishu Kalyan Prishad in the city’s Topkhana Road on Friday. In the programme the discussants urged the authority concerned to close all garment factories due to coronavirus. They also urged the authority to give salary to the employees of all garment factories of the current month. The meeting was attended, among others, by President of Garments Sramk Oikya Forum Moshrefa Mishu, its General Secretary Shahidul Islam Sabuj, President of Garments Sramik Sanghati Taslima Akhter, President of Garments Sramik Federation Mohammad Masud, President of Garments Sramik Andolon Biplab Bhattachariya and President of Garments Sramik Mukti Andolon Shamim Imam. Coordinator of Central Conducting Committee of Garments Sramik Adhikar Andolon Advocate Mahbubur Rahman Ismail presided over the event.
