A discussion organised on the occasion of glorious Victory Day by Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Parishad was held at Dhaka Reportets Unity auditorium in the city’s Segunbagicha on Saturday. Food Minister Advocate Quamrul Islam was present as the chief guest while Information and Research Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League Advocate Afzal Hossain as the special guest, among others. In the discussion the speakers asked BNP senior Vice-Chairman Tarique Rahman to seek apology to the nation for his derogatory remarks on Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. President of the organisation Prof Dr Abdul Mannan Chowdhury presided over the programme.
