Trade fairs are a way to strengthen the relationship between two nations. Thailand and Bangladesh, two friendly nations have explored their trade enhancement through trade fair and made their bilateral business scenario better over recent years.
Thailand’s trade fair has begun in Dhaka many years ago by Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. Every edition of the fair had been successful to both Thai and Bangladeshi business communities. Many Bangladeshi businesspeople found trade opportunities from this fair. Therefore, it has been continuously organized till now.
Top Thai Brands 2024 is the 19th of its kind. It is taking place at Grand Ballroom of Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka during 10-13 July, 2024 from 10 am to 8pm.
Exhibitors comprise of both Thai companies and Bangladeshi companies which import Thai Products or acting as agent of Thai companies. The Number of total exhibitors in this fair is 64. Alongside, Thai Food Festival will also take place simulteniously. Major categories of products and services displayed at the fairs comprise Medicare services, Agriculture Machineries, Lubricants, Construction Materials, Airlines, health & beauty products, stationery, household & furnitures, food, jewelry, baby products etc.
Besides the fair, raffle draw and show of Thai classical dance performed by Thai artist will take place every day during the fair. The opening ceremony of the fair took place at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka on 10th July, 2.30 pm where H.E Mr. Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Industries, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh was the Chief guest. H.E Makawadee Sumitmor, Ambassador of Thailand to Bangladesh and Mr. Khemathat Archawathamrong, Minister Counsellor, Thailand Trade Center Dhaka was also present at the ceremony.
