A man was killed and two others were injured in a gunfight between the members of United People’s Democratic Front (UPDF) and Parbatya Chattagram Janasanghati Samity (PCJSS) at Kumari in Manikchhari upazila here on Friday morning..
The deceased could not be identified immediately while the injured were identified as PCJSS activists-Shanti Chakma,20 and Ananda Chakma, 30.
Sources said the gunfight took place between the two groups over establishing supremacy in the area, leaving a man dead and two others injured.
