One more dengue patient died in the country in 24 hours till Saturday morning.
Meanwhile 15 other people were hospitalised with infection with dengue across the country during the period.
The data of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) showed that the official fatality toll from dengue rose to 11 this year.
The data showed that 10 of the new patients were admitted to hospitals in the capital while the rest five outside Dhaka.
The DGHS data said also that 44 dengue patients, including 31 in the capital, are now receiving medical treatment at hospitals across the country.
So far, the DGHS has recorded 977 dengue cases and 922 recoveries this year.
Dengue fever claimed 281 dengue deaths in 2022, the highest on record after 179 deaths in 2019 the country.
