Newcomer Mondira Chakraborty can’t wait to debut on the silver screen as a heroine.
She thoughtthat her first acted movie would be released on Valentine’s Day this year.
However, there is a strong possibility of releasing the movie starringby the actress in this year.
Mondira Chakraborty, who played the title role in the movie ‘Kajol Rekha’directed by Gias Uddin Selim,said this on her birthday today.
Mondira told this correspondent that now several more works of the movie remain incomplete.
That’s why it takes time to submit the movie to the Censor Board. After completing all the works, the movie will be submitted to the Censor Board soon.
Mondira Chakraborty said, “Before and after acting in ‘Kajol Rekha’, I was offered to act in several more movies.
But I was more attracted by the story of the movie ‘Kajol Rekha’ and the character of ‘Kajol Rekha’.
That’s why I acted in this movie. I did all the hard work I needed to do to act in the movie.
Selim Bhai explained the character to me. I tried to cherish it in myself.
Since this is my first movie, it was quite challenging for me.
The entire unit including the director, co-artistes have supported me.
There are many roles of fellow actors to portray their character properly.
Since the story of the movie is much earlier, so trying to capture that time.
Selim Bhai suffered a lot. During dubbing, I was impressed by many scenes.
I believe that this fascination will spread among the audience.
The theater is such that when it is released, the audience leaves the theater satisfied.
That is my dream and hope.”Meanwhile Mondira said that she is not able to do any new work before the release of ‘Kajol Rekha’.
However, the actress said that a new movie will be announced soon.Meanwhile, the future of Mondira depends on the movie ‘Kajol Rekha’.
Recently, in an award giving ceremony in USA, the recognition of excellence came up in the media journey of ‘Kajol Rekha’ famed (awaiting release of the movie) and ‘Shera Nachiye’ famed dancer, model and actress Mondira Chakraborty with the Best Dancer.
She was awarded as the best in her work. While sharing her feelings in this regard, Mondira told this correspondent, “I got the first recognition in USA; also as a best dancer. My sincere gratitude and love to the organisers.”
Mondira Chakraborty is particularly proficient in dance because of her immense love for dance.
