September 12, 2023: North South University Sangskritik Sangathan (NSUSS) organized a Musical fest ‘Inter-University Unplugged 2023’ today at NSU Gallery & Upper Plaza.
The event was graced by the presence of Professor Dr. Atiqul Islam, Vice-Chancellor of North South University, who presided as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. M. Ismail Hossain from the Department of Economics at NSU also joined as a special guest.
During the opening ceremony, Professor Dr. Atiqul Islam took the stage to announce the inauguration of the program.
He expressed, “Today, we come together not only to revel in the magic of music, but to celebrate the unity and diversity that education brings.”
A total of seven esteemed public and private universities, including NSU, Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh University of Professionals, Independent University, Bangladesh, BRAC University, Maritime University, and Daffodils University, joined to perform in the program.
A Flash Mob also performed by NSUSS. Adding to the excitement, three renowned bands ARK, Level Five, and Odd Signature are set to captivate the audience with their performances.
This musical fest promises to be a testament to the collaborative spirit of academia.
The Inter-University Unplugged 2023 is not only a celebration of music, but also a symbol of academic cooperation.
