Notundhora Assets Limited and Notundhora Group have important contributions on the country’s housing sector. It has gained popularity as the demands of its flats are increasing day by day, Dr. Md. Shadi-uz-Zaman, Managing Director of Notundhora Assets Limited and Notundhora Group said it in a recent interview with The New Nation.
Dr. Md. Shadi-uz-Zaman is a Member of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers and Commerce and Industries (FBCCI). The charismatic business leader has achieved PhD Degree from a University in Paris, France on real-estate management as the first Bangladeshi student. The University has uploaded Dr. Shadi-uz-Zaman’s special feature in its website which holds Bangladesh in an unparallel altitude.
He has served as General Manager (GM) for US-Bangla group in only his 27.
Dr. Shadi-uz-Zaman also worked in different famous companies in real-estate sector for the past several years.
He is remaining chief adviser and adviser in different renowned real-estate companies as he has 20 years experiences in this field.
In theses pace, Dr. Md. Shadi-uz-Zaman established international standard Notundhora Assets Limited jointly with other entrepreneurs.
The MD said that Notundhora Assets Ltd is a certified company with all necessary departments and offices like environment and the Deputy Commissioners.
Praising almighty Allah, Dr. Shadi-uz-Zaman said, the demands of flats of his company are increasing broadly.
“We are constructing new flats. There are few flats in our readymade stocks are remaining unsold now as the demand is high in these days,” the MD said.
The Notundhora MD said his real-estate company always gives priorities of clients’ comforts.
“Notundhora always seeks its clients’ comforts in all sorts like in prices and in choices, designs and environmentally beuties,” he said.
He assured reasonable prices in all sizes apartments and keeping comparably natural views in all of its housing projects.
Stating over the Notundhora housing project, the business icon said it has been constructed near the 300 feet Dhaka-Mawa expessway which is connected with the Padma Bridge.
“The Notundhora is a wonderful and uncontender housing project for the new generation,” he said.
Notundhora housing project is situated 18 KM distance from the heart of Dhaka’s businesses, Motijheel area. It is under constructing project in three unions as of Hasara, Birtara and Keyain of the two of the Munshigoj upazilas of Sirajdikhan and Srinagar.
The MD said that Notundhora achieved no objection certificates from the environment department and letter of apriciation from the upazila administrations for its unparallel goodwills.
“Besides, indemnity certificates from the district administration also proved its transparency. It also the lone trademark registrad enterprise in housing sector which got the district administrations permits to purchase lands under land management manual,” he said.
Notundhora Assest’s MD said also that the prices of the construction materials have been increased now so the construction costs also become high now.
He said also that if the DAP implemented without reforming no one but the rich people could buy flats.
The real-estate sectors entrepreneurs urgently requested the authority to bring necessary change in the DAP, he said.
Replying to a query, the MD said, “In order to gear up business activities in a country developing communication is a must.”
