Popular small screen actor Afran Nisho made his big screen debut in June last year. Raihan Rafi’s ‘Surongo’ movie competed with superstar Shakib Khan’s movie ‘Priyotoma’.
During the promotion of the movie, ‘Surongo’ gave a glimpse. But in the end, the movie got great popularity even though it did not succeed with ‘Priyotoma’. Afran Nisho was praised. Naturally, the fans expected that Afran Nisho will be available in regular movies this time.
Nisho announced to be a regular in the movie, but his own style. He wants to start shooting after completing the preparations for a movie. Here comes the good news for the long time fans.
Afran Nisho will start shooting the new movie in November or December this year. And the movie will be released next Eid-ul-Azha.
The movie ‘Surongo’ was released on Eid-ul-Azha last year.
In May of this year, Alpha-i Entertainment Ltd announced a production company in joint arrangement with SVF of India.
Afran Nisho signed a contract for two movies of that company. Nisho’s new movie is one
of those two movies. Shihab Shaheen will give direction of this movie. However, title of the movie is not yet known.
The people concerned say that after a week, the name of the movie, cast and crew will be officially announced.
When contacted, Managing Director of SVF Alpha-i Entertainment Limited Shahriar Shakil and director of the movie Shihab Shaheen, they did not comment on the matter.
When contacted, actor Afran Nisho told this correspondent, “Now that I don’t mean anything. The team will be announced within a week. All will be informed then. The shooting will start in November or December.”
Shihab Shaheen won praise as a movie director with his first movie ‘Chhuye Dile Mon’. This time he gave his hand in the second movie.
This is Afran Nisho’s second movie. Both will try to surpass their first success, that’s for sure.
Shihab Shaheen, who has been working on the TV screen since 2001, has been appreciated on the small screen as well as OTT platforms.
It is known that the director and his team are preparing to start shooting the new movie for several months. They are ready to go shooting at any time.
However, Shihab Shaheen said that they have some plans for the movie. “We have some plans. I will inform them officially in a few days.”
It is also known that the shooting of the movie will start this year. After finishing the shooting, the director and his team will start the post-production work because they want to release the movie in next year’s Eid-ul-Azha.
