Night guard hacked to death in B’baria

UNB, Brahmanbaria :
A night guard was hacked to death by some unidentified miscreants at Amtoli bazar in sadar upazila on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Joynal Miah, son of late Lal Miah of Rajghar village in the upazila. He was a night guard of Amtoli Bazar.
Police said miscreants attacked Joynal and chopped him to death in the bazar sometime at night while he was on duty.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.
Sadar thana officer-iun-charge Kamal Pasha said it might be a planned murder. A case was filed.
