In partnership with the Women Entrepreneurs Network for Development Association (WEND), iDE’s Oporajita project recently launched two Women’s Initiative for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Mela and Workshop (WISE 2024) at the Retreat Garden Church of Bangladesh, Savar (Dhaka) and PTI Auditorium, Gazipur. The day-long events were aimed at enhancing the entrepreneurship opportunity for iDE’s trained out-of-work women garment workers as well as for them to showcase and exchange products, services, ideas, and perspectives.

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organized employee conference of Barishal Zone at Zilla Shilpakola Academy, Barishal on Friday. Mohammed Monirul Moula, Managing Director of the Bank addressed the conference as Chief Guest. Md. Maksudur Rahman, Senior Executive Vice President presided over the conference while J Q M Habibullah, FCS Additional Managing Director and Md.
